Place a cotton pad on the holder, apply blending solution and dot on drops of ink. Don't worry about where the color goes. It really doesn't matter at all! I used two different shade of purple, eggplant and purple twilight and some silver mixative too. Then just start stamping on the color. I like to rotate it a little as a stamp up and down.
